UNIFORM DOMAIN NAME DISPUTE RESOLUTION (UDRP) INTAKE REPORT SYSTEMThank you for visiting the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP) Intake Report System. This system allows a party that has received a decision from an Approved Dispute-Resolution Service Provider to register a grievance as well as any other parties interested in obtaining enforcement assistance regarding a UDRP decision. The UDRP defines how certain disputes over domain name registrations are resolved in certain global top-level domains. The UDRP includes a mandatory, non-binding, low-cost administrative procedure to resolve a certain set of claims. A copy of the policy is available at http://www.icann.org/udrp/udrp-policy-24oct99.htm . Pursuant to the Registrar Accreditation Agreement (RAA), ICANN-Accredited Registrars are obligated to comply with all of ICANN's consensus policies, including the UDRP. The Registration Agreement with which registered domain name holders (registrants) must agree obligates registrants to comply with the terms of the UDRP as well. Reports that are submitted through this system will be routed to ICANN's contractual compliance staff. ICANN will address grievances regarding UDRP matters only if each of the following is true:
