Helpful Hints for Resolving Customer Service ComplaintsIf you have a customer service complaint with your registrar concerning a domain name renewal, unlocking a domain name, updating contact information, or a similar issue, you should first try to resolve it with that registrar. Contact information for all ICANN-accredited registrars is posted at http://www.internic.net/contact.html. If you cannot resolve your customer service complaint with the registrar, you should contact the appropriate consumer protection agency that addresses customer service complaints in your jurisdiction. Although ICANN does not resolve individual customer complaints, ICANN monitors complaints received through this system to ensure that registrars comply with their accreditation agreements. ICANN is a technical-coordination body. Its primary function is to promote stable operation of the Internet system of unique identifiers.
